We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Assistant (Inventory)

Location: Idu Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Stock Management: Keep accurate and timely records of stock balances (Materials and Spare parts)
Book Keeping: Take records of daily material and spare parts consumption
Identify discrepancies in SAP balance and physical counts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
Taking stock counts daily, weekly and monthly
Reporting stock-outs, minimum stock levels to the Purchasing manager
Keeps record of new purchases and receive items into store physically and on SAP software
Reconciling with Purchasing Dept on new orders and payments.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / Month.
