Job Summary

• Our client is in need of an engineering graduate who has experience in Plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, tiling, and skills for non-industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on work experience in the skill or training experience in the skill.

Responsibilities

• Define the products and services which can be offered on the app.
• Define the price brands for the product and services
• Validate the service providers data prior to onboard them on the app.
• Validate skills of students that go through the skill training
• Assist marketing in reaching out to other handymen in the category
• Conduct / supervise handymen induction and onboarding
• Review technical aspects of the customer complaints and resolve the same.

Requirements

• B.Eng. Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Facility Management Company
