We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Locations: Opebi and Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for the day-to-day activities/operations of the business outlets.
• Ensure that the business outlets operate at a maximum capacity in terms of sales and able to meet customers’need at all time.
• Project and grow the image of the business outlets through customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Employ adequate measures to boost sales and grow revenue.
• Continually develop measures and strategies to improve personnel job output and encourage teamwork.
• Have indepth knowledge on sales and operations management.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND.
• 5 years experience in similar role preferably from quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Must be a leader, goal oriented, target and figures driven.

Benefits

• N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (gross)
• HMO/Leave allowance
