Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing of the training programs to a various audience
- Effectively manage relationships with facilitators
- Evaluate training manuals
- Manage training programme schedules
- Overall management of training programs for profit and management of relationships with students and our partners
- Submit periodic weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
The Training Coordinator will:
- Develop training proposals and make presentations
- Research and develop training programme curriculum content.
- Effective delivery and quality control of training programmes.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years experience in a training function or technical training consulting organization.
